These terms govern use of the public wovi.world website, its playable prototype and its early-access waitlist. By using the site, you agree to these terms. A parent or guardian should review these terms before a child uses the prototype.
1. Product status
Wovi is a pre-launch concept. Illustrations, worlds, features, learning paths, pricing and release plans shown here are proposals and may change. Joining the waitlist is free; it is not a purchase and does not guarantee access, timing, features or price.
2. Adult waitlist
The waitlist is intended for parents, guardians, educators and other adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit a child's email or other identifying information. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to provide.
3. Playable missions and local progress
The Wovi world map, Reef Rescue and Agent Maze are short, fictional learning prototypes. They do not create an account or provide scientific, environmental or safety guidance. The world map may save completed mission IDs, star counts and fixed capability names in the current browser so the learner can see a connected journey; this can be reset from the map and is not an account or promise of permanent storage. Children should explore the missions with a parent, guardian or educator. Their scoring, content and availability may change or be removed.
4. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, overwhelm the service, scrape it in a way that disrupts operation, or use the form for spam, fraud or unlawful purposes.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Wovi name, visual identity, text, illustrations and site design are owned by or licensed to Wovi and protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. No license to reproduce the brand or create a confusingly similar service is granted.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily share product feedback, you allow us to use it to evaluate and improve Wovi without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing work or personal information.
7. Disclaimers and limitations
The website and prototype are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that pre-launch descriptions will become final features. Nothing on this site is educational, scientific, legal, medical or financial advice.
8. Changes and ending access
We may update the site or these terms, suspend the demo or waitlist, or restrict abusive access. Material term changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
